SHIPPING POLICY
Sasquatch Herbs provides FREE SHIPPING on all orders!
Shipping is carried out via USPS Priority Mail or via UPS.
Shipping takes place within 1-2 business days from the order placement and should arrive within 1-3 business days to the customer after being shipped (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking numbers are provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
In the event there is damage to a product, please notify Sasquatch Herbs within 24 hours of receiving the product(s), so arrangements can be made to replace the product.
Shipping of CBD products is only available within the United States.
Sasquatch Herbs cannot send CBD products to the following States (as per state and website protocols):

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final, please be sure to review your purchase(s) carefully, ensuring that your decision to purchase the product is appropriate at the time of checkout.
If there is damage to a product during delivery, arrangements can be made to replace the product as follows:

Notify Sasquatch Herbs within 24 hours of receiving the product, submitting a photo of the damaged product to wellness@sasquatchherbs.com with the title “Damaged Product” in the subject line.

Upon verification of the damaged goods, Sasquatch Herbs will inform the customer where to send the damaged goods, and a replacement will be promptly reissued.
While Sasquatch Herbs does not foresee any issues with the packaging and shipping of our products (as they are packaged and sent directly from our manufacturer), we do understand that damage may occur in transit.
It is essential for the customer to inform us as soon as possible of any potential damage, to ensure appropriate action can be taken to replace the product.
Again, all sales are final (no refunds), and it is the consumer's responsibility to ensure they approve their purchase of products from Sasquatch Herbs.
***In the event unforeseen circumstances have taken place, exceptions can be made to the return & exchange policy on a case-by-case basis that is agreeable by both parties (Sasquatch Herbs and our awesome customers). Whenever in doubt, reach out!
